Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to use Midnight Lobby. By using the app, you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally able to enter into this agreement.

You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your profile truthful. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, impersonate, or harm other users.
• Post illegal, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or otherwise prohibited content.
• Use the app for spam, scams, advertising, or solicitation.
• Misrepresent your identity, age, or intentions.
• Attempt to disrupt, hack, or abuse the service or other users.

You retain ownership of the photos and content you post, but you grant us a license to display that content within the app so it can function (for example, showing your profile to potential matches). You are responsible for the content you share and the messages you send.

Midnight Lobby lets you like, match with, and message other users based on shared gaming interests and dating preferences. We do not guarantee matches, responses, or any particular outcome.

You can block and report other users. We may review reported content and take action, including removing content or suspending or terminating accounts that violate these Terms. Always use caution when interacting with people you meet online.

Midnight Lobby is currently free to use. Paid subscriptions and one-off purchases are not currently active unless explicitly shown as available in the app. If this changes, we will update these Terms.

Watch & Earn lets you optionally watch a rewarded ad to earn additional in-app rewards such as extra likes or swipes. Participation is always optional.

• Rewards are virtual and have no cash value.
• Rewards cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for money.
• A reward is granted only when the rewarded ad is completed and confirmed.
• If you close the ad early, no reward is granted.
• If the ad fails to load, no reward is granted.
• If backend validation fails, the reward may not be granted.
• We may apply daily limits to rewarded ads and rewards.
• We may modify reward amounts, limits, or availability at any time.
• We may deny, revoke, or adjust rewards in cases of fraud, abuse, technical errors, duplicate callbacks, policy violations, or suspicious activity.
• Watch & Earn availability is not guaranteed.
• Ads may not be available in all countries, regions, devices, or sessions.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the service. You may stop using Midnight Lobby and delete your account at any time.

Midnight Lobby is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or interactions with other users.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of Midnight Lobby after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
