Data Deletion Request

If you have the app installed, you can delete your account and all your data directly:

• Open the Midnight Lobby app and sign in.
• Go to Settings.
• Tap Delete account and confirm.

This immediately removes your profile and permanently deletes your data as described below.

If you can no longer access the app, you can request deletion by email. Send a message from the email address associated with your account to contact@duo-play-dating.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please include the email address you signed up with so we can locate your account.

We will process verified requests within 30 days and confirm once your data has been deleted.

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

• Your profile, photos, bio, and gaming preferences.
• Your matches and the messages in those conversations.
• Your likes, mini-games, blocks, and reports you created.
• Your notifications, presence, and push notification records.
• Your Match Lab answers and results.
• Your notification preferences, status posts, and session proposals.
• Your account, so you can no longer sign in.

We may retain a limited amount of information where required by law or for legitimate safety purposes — for example, records related to fraud, abuse, or safety reports — for as long as legally necessary. This data is not used to identify you within the app after deletion.
